So it's a kind of helpful guide for anyone who us confused on why some girls wont announce their pregnancy or give birth. Hope this helps. If I'm wrong about a detail or something can be added to this to make it more useful be my guest.
Gwynneth- Can only get pregnant post-The Election, w/ Enhanced Fertility. Birth will happen 20 days later only as long as MC is paying alimony.
Alice- Can only get pregnant during Wedding Wrecker, w/ Enhanced Fertility. Will give birth 20 days later as long as she has joined the Temple.
Beth- Can get preg during sex in the Stable post-A Date With Beth (Currently no pregnancy content).
Victoria- Must have Black Lingurie & Barreness potion (to trick her). Only announces pregnancy if the Temple has been re-lit & will not give birth until both Win Back Victoria & Waystones Part-2 is complete.
Jenny- Can get pregnant during Intervention w/ Enhanced Fertility. Must buy Red Lingurie. Will only give birth after A Loan?
Mia- Can get pregnant when having sex in the Little Red Ridinghood outfit (in regular version must have scene w/ Werewolf 1). Must accept responsible when confronted & finish building Mia's new house for her to give birth.
Ziva- From Ring A Bell onwards Ziva can get preg w/ Enhanced Fertility. She will only give birth once she is told the Treasure Room is converted into a Childrens Room.
Oksana- Can get pregnant once she joins the Temple. Will only announce it after complete Monster Hunter/Mouths To Feed. Will give birth 20 days later.
Julia- Cam get pregnant from the barn wedding. Will only announce after she is saved from the Orcs & will give birth after 20 days.
Rosy- Can get pregnant the moment you have sex (must prove her BF is dead). She will give birth after her home is upgraded (not sure if she can give birth during her baking quests for the Steward?).
Liandra- Can get pregnant from sex after escaping the Sacred Well. Will give birth 1 day after meeting her mother.
Luthien- After seducing her in Family Business & using Special Pastry to knock her up, you must complete A Delicate Situation & see the argument for her to give birth to the first child (not sure if u HAVE to buy the beds for the 1st birth to happen).
Erevi- After getting her pregnant & completing all her quests up to Shopping+A Date With Mistress, go complete the Temple until it is re-taken. Speak w/ Beth about her date & then go to Erevi, she will be in labour.
Caleah- Can get pregnant w/ Enhanced Fertility from Ring A Bell onwards.
Frida- Can get pregnant the 1st time you have sex using Phallus G, but will not give birth until Waystones 2 is finished.
Hilde- Can get pregnant after completing Pickyuprock (Currently no pregnancy content).
Maghda- Can get pregnant from you're very 1st "encounter" w/ her. Wont give birth until you have completed the distract Dolf quest.
Shakala- Can get pregnant from you're sexual endeavours, 5 days later she will announce it at her camp. Must complete her wedding, buy her a gift & have sex 2 more times in her tent for her to birth her children.
"GD"- Complete Be A Good Father to get her pregnant. Then complete A Common Enemy, then she will be able to give birth.
Sequoia- Can get pregnant & give birth 15 days later from the moment she joins you're harem.
Obeah- Use Enhanced Fertility to get her pregnant. You must have 2 Miners & 2 Blacksmiths in order to trigger the argument. After killing Takhar & seeing shes pregnant she will be able to give birth.
Annabelle- Can get pregnant from the 1st 3some & will give birth 20 days later.
"BatBreeder"- Can get pregnant from the moment you have her in you're dungeon.
Venomina- Can get pregnant from the moment you have sex. She will lay an egg 8 days later (not sure if u have to finish her shapeshifting to trigger the egg).
Vixenatrix- Can get pregnant during Let There Be Light! As part of the exchange to get the gemstone. Currently stuck in preg limbo so she wont give birth (I'll assume in the future u must get her a gift in order to trigger birth?)
"ED"- Can get pregnant during Waystones Part-2. Will only give birth after you complete A Play & buy beds for her children. After dealing with the egg she can get preg & give birth normally.
"Familiar"- Can get pregnant from the moment you take her back you're room after transforming.
